The Devon-wide Formulary and Referral Website is experiencing some technical issues with regards to email communications via the contact details pages located on the website, which has resulted in some enquiries not reaching the Formulary and Referral Teams.

While this issue is being investigated, please do not use the contact function of the website; if you need to contact either the Formulary or Referral Team please use the direct email addresses below.
